How to Post / Community Rules

Welcome to stargate_search, a community devoted to
the finding of gen, het and slash fic, art, meta, vids, websites, etc.,
in the worlds of Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis and Stargate Universe.

Membership and the ability to create new tags is restricted to mods only
for community maintenance. But you are welcome to:

* Friend the community by clicking here (or "Watch" on the upper right of this page).

* Post a query to the community by clicking here (or "Post", available to all Friends, on the upper right part of this page).



RULES:
1. Be polite. All pairings/threesomes/moresomes are acceptable and appreciated.

2. Before posting, check out our tags, for they are extensive and meticulous.

3. Use the subject heading; i.e. 'META SEARCH' or 'WEBSITE SEARCH'. If it's a fic, art or vid search, include the relevant character names; e.g. 'FIC SEARCH: Jack/Daniel/John'

4. Tag your entry as !open and add any other tags you think are applicable. If you need a tag created, mention that in your post or leave a comment here.

5. If someone finds your lost item, go back and edit your post so it displays the information above the cut for other members.

6. Thematic searches are fine; e.g. if you wanted to get recommendations for hurt/comfort McKay/Sheppard fics.

7. If you maintain thematic lists or archives, please leave a comment here to let me know so I can add it to the appropriate list.

8. The following lists fen who have retired from the Stargate fandom and have made a statement regarding fans sharing their work.
